Do you drive a nice shinny car?  Would you be embarrassed if someone asked you for a ride right this very second?
Many of us appear to have it all together until you look inside of our cars.  Between the crumbs in the car seat, sticky cup holders, trash on the seats and floor boards, finger prints on the inside windows, many of us would be mortified if someone needed a ride.
Instead of coming up with a lame lie as to why you can’t give them a ride, why not keep your car clean and organized in any event.  I have some suggestions that will help make it a simple process.

Every vehicle needs a trash can.  There are many types that are made for vehicles or you can repurpose something you have such as an empty baby wipe container, or an empty pop up Lysol wipe canister.  They don’t take up much room and easily hold most of our daily trash.

Over the seat organizers with pockets are fabulous to keep the following:

Windex wipes – fast clean up for finger prints

Hand sanitizer wipes – Quick clean up of sticky fingers

Small hand held Swiffer duster.  Great for quickly dusting dash and instruments

Dispenser for plastic grocery bags. These are great in case you have a major clean up or a dirty diaper.

Paper towels – For large spills

Small whisk broom

Rolling lint tape – This is my favorite thing to have in my vehicle.  Why?  It is my vacuum cleaner.  It

picks up lint and trash from floor and seats. Storing it was a pickle at first because it stuck to everything I

tried to keep it in, until I made a small sleeve of parchment paper to keep it in.  So when I need to whip it

out real quick it is not stuck to anything.

So now you have the quick easy tools to keep your car clean and organized.  If you remember to take things in with you instead of leaving them in the car, it will stay that way and you will never be embarrassed to give anyone a lift.
Why of course you can have a ride!
