Our Kitchens are the hub of our homes. It is where most of the action happens for most families, not to mention it’s usually the first room visitors see when entering your home. When you have an organized kitchen it operates like a well oiled machine and will impact the entire dynamics of how you and your family use it . Once again “everything has a place and everything in it’s place.”
How do you get an organized kitchen?
I love knowing exactly where everything is and the fact that my family and visitors can find what they need easily as well. Like I said in other posts, I am a storage container and label machine junkie! See why: A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS #1
When you open one of my cabinets or pantry you will be able to find what you need in seconds.
I am an storage container and labeling junkie! Especially in my kitchen as well as my sewing & craft supplies. Reason being, I like to find what I am looking for quickly.
I have a cabinet in my kitchen that is dedicated as a medicine cabinet. I keep small storage containers in there that separate categories. For example: Cold and allergy products in one that is clearly labeled. One for basic first aid, ointments, thermometers (yes I have several kinds), stomach upset, etc. A larger container is at the top that contains ace bandages, slings, braces, etc for the occasional sprain.
This saves my family and I a lot of time and it makes cooking so much more fun! You can be organized. Follow the steps in each category…….
You can have an organized kitchen too!
Having an organized kitchen is easier than you think! I have broken down the kitchen into categories to make it easier to stay on task. Just do one at a time and you won’t get overwhelmed. Breaking big projects into small projects can really help.
In the following categories you will find: organizing basics, kitchen organizers, how to organize your kitchen, how to clean your house, how to stay organized etc.
