Seriously, This is a dollhouse!
It may look disgusting, but you have to admit that this is an amazing Talent!!! I blows my mind that someone would take this much time on such detail (In miniature).
They won an award for this!
You will be amazed at the creativity when you look at all of these pictures carefully!
Partially inspired by the reality television show Hoarders, artist and photographer Carrie M. Becker has imagined “a more ‘current’ view of Barbie’s lifestyle” in the image set, Barbie Trashes Her Dreamhouse. She created these amazingly detailed 1/6th scale models of various “dreamhouse” rooms lying in squalor as part of her artist-in-residency at the McColl Center for Visual Art in Charlotte, North Carolina using “repurposed generic barbie toys” and other small doll pieces, in addition to many handmade items.
The Riney Fine Arts Center Gallery at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas will show Barbie Trashes Her Dreamhousein September 2012.

Amy, I know right! At least there were some feeble attempts at organization, with the baskets and stuff! LOL
This was so amazingly detailed. It was also a bit stomach turning, in light of the fact that I know someone who was married to a hoarder (her husband is deceased now). It certainly is an original idea for a dollhouse, though.

This artist won an award for this! It is amazing, I just can’t figure out how she made some of the things so small and so life like.
The detail in these pictures is amazing. I wonder whose room they copied. Barbie realy is a sloppy houskeeper–especially the toilet. Phew. I wonder if they made it smell. Thanks for sharing.
